House Rules

Welcome to Sunset Apartments! To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, please read our house rules carefully:

1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00 onwards.
• Check-out: Until 11:00 am. Late check-out may incur an additional fee.

2. Quiet Hours

We respect the rest of all guests and observe the statutory quiet hours (15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00). Parties and events are strictly forbidden.

3. Smoking Policy

According to the law, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. You are free to smoke on the private verandas using the provided ashtrays.

4. Pets

For hygiene and allergy reasons, pets are not allowed on the premises.

5. Damages

The guest is responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of equipment in the apartment during their stay. The management reserves the right to claim compensation.

6. Security

The management bears no responsibility for the loss of personal belongings, money, or valuables from the rooms. Please make sure to lock your apartment door upon departure.
